Classic Tuna Salad
Simple tuna salad with celery, pickle relish, and a squeeze of lemon.

Ingredients
- 2 cans (5 oz each) tuna, drained
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
- 1 stalk celery, finely diced
- 2 tablespoons minced red onion
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Steps
Step 1. Flake the tuna into a bowl.
Step 2. Add the mayonnaise, relish, celery, onion, lemon juice, mustard, and pepper.
Step 3. Stir until combined and taste for salt.
Step 4. Chill for 20 minutes. Serve on toast, in a melt, or with crackers.
