Apple Cabbage Slaw

A crisp slaw of cabbage, apple, and walnuts in a creamy yogurt and honey dressing.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups thinly shredded green or red cabbage
  • 2 apples, cut in matchsticks
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Steps

  1. Step 1. Whisk the yogurt, mayonnaise, vinegar, honey, and salt.

  2. Step 2. Toss the cabbage and apples with the dressing.

  3. Step 3. Fold in the walnuts.

  4. Step 4. Serve right away, or chill up to 2 hours.
