Creamy Coleslaw

Crunchy cabbage and carrot in a tangy, sweet, creamy dressing.

Ingredients

  • 1 small head green cabbage, finely shredded
  • 2 carrots, shredded
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon celery seed
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Steps

  1. Step 1. Whisk the mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, celery seed, salt, and pepper.

  2. Step 2. Toss the cabbage and carrots with the dressing.

  3. Step 3. Chill for at least 1 hour.

  4. Step 4. Stir and serve cold. It keeps 3 days.
