Mango Salsa

Fresh diced mango with red onion, jalapeño, cilantro, and lime. Good on fish and chicken.

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe mangoes, diced
  • 1/2 red onion, finely diced
  • 1 jalapeño, minced
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 3 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Steps

  1. Step 1. Combine the mango, onion, jalapeño, and cilantro.

  2. Step 2. Add the lime juice and salt and toss.

  3. Step 3. Rest for 15 minutes so the flavors blend.

  4. Step 4. Serve the same day for the best texture.
