Chilled silken tofu topped with scallions, ginger, and soy sauce. A no-cook summer dish.

Ingredients
- 1 block (14 oz) silken tofu, chilled
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon bonito flakes, optional
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
Steps
Step 1. Drain the tofu gently and cut in 2 pieces.
Step 2. Place on small plates.
Step 3. Top with ginger, green onions, and bonito flakes.
Step 4. Drizzle with the soy sauce and sesame oil and serve cold.
