Ingredients

  • 4 limes, scrubbed, ends trimmed, cut in chunks (seeds removed)
  • 4 cups cold water
  • 1/3 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • Ice cubes

Steps

  1. Step 1. Blend the limes, water, and sugar with 8 ice cubes for 10 seconds only, just to chop the limes. Do not over-blend or it turns bitter.

  2. Step 2. Strain through a fine sieve into a pitcher.

  3. Step 3. Whisk in the condensed milk.

  4. Step 4. Serve right away over ice.
