Mango Lassi

A thick, cold drink of yogurt, mango, and a little cardamom.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup ripe mango pulp or chunks
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/2 cup cold milk
  • 2 tablespoons sugar or honey, or to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom
  • 4 ice cubes

Steps

  1. Step 1. Put the mango, yogurt, milk, sugar, cardamom, and ice in a blender.

  2. Step 2. Blend until smooth and frothy.

  3. Step 3. Taste and add more sweetener if you like.

  4. Step 4. Pour into glasses and serve right away.
