Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup warm water
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup fish sauce
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 Thai chili, minced

Steps

  1. Step 1. Stir the warm water and sugar until the sugar dissolves.

  2. Step 2. Add the fish sauce and lime juice.

  3. Step 3. Stir in the garlic and chili. Taste and adjust the sugar and lime.

  4. Step 4. Keeps 1 week in the fridge.
