Sinangag (Garlic Fried Rice)
Fried rice with a lot of golden garlic. The classic partner to fried eggs and tapa.

Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons oil
- 8 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups cold cooked rice
- 1 teaspoon salt, or to taste
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 green onions, sliced
Steps
Step 1. Heat the oil over medium heat. Cook the garlic for 2 minutes, stirring, until golden but not dark.
Step 2. Add the rice and break up any clumps. Stir-fry 5 minutes until hot and lightly toasted.
Step 3. Season with the salt and pepper. Top with green onions.
Step 4. Serve with fried eggs and your choice of meat.
