Turkey Meatloaf

A lighter, moist meatloaf made with ground turkey, oats, and a tangy glaze.

Ingredients

  • 2 lb ground turkey
  • 3/4 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 onion, finely diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cider vinegar

Steps

  1. Step 1. Heat the oven to 350°F. Soak the oats in the milk for 5 minutes.

  2. Step 2. Mix with the turkey, eggs, onion, garlic, Worcestershire, salt, and pepper until just combined.

  3. Step 3. Shape into a loaf on a lined pan. Stir the ketchup, sugar, and vinegar and spread over the top.

  4. Step 4. Bake 55 to 60 minutes, until the center reaches 165°F and the turkey is cooked through with no pink. Rest 10 minutes.
