Mousse de Maracujá

A tangy, creamy passion fruit mousse made with only three ingredients plus a garnish.

Ingredients

  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup passion fruit pulp, strained
  • 1 cup heavy cream, cold
  • 2 tablespoons passion fruit seeds, for topping

Steps

  1. Step 1. Blend the condensed milk and passion fruit pulp until smooth.

  2. Step 2. Whip the cream to stiff peaks.

  3. Step 3. Fold the cream into the passion fruit mixture gently until just combined.

  4. Step 4. Spoon into glasses and chill for at least 4 hours. Top with a few seeds.
